1. WWF Tanzania Country Office (WWF TCO) is a Non-Government Organization dealing with

environmental protection in Tanzania since 1990 and it has supported the Government of Tanzania in implementing various projects on Marine, Forest, Freshwater, Energy and Wildlife. WWE global mission Is to stop the degradation of the planet's natural environment and to build a future in which humans live in harmony with nature, by:

·         conserving the world's biological diversity;

·         ensuring that the use of renewable natural resources is sustainable and

·         promoting the reduction of pollution and wasteful consumption

2. WWF Tanzania Country Office (WWF-TCO) secured some funds from Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ} for supporting the protection of key ecosystems, increased resilience and adaptation for sustainable use by local communities. WWF TCO intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund the Proposed Hydrogeological Survey, Drilling, and Construction of one Productive Borehole in Park Nyegoti, Serengeti district

3. WWF Tanzania Country Office, invites eligible bidders who are registered as Civil and/or drilling specialist Contractors from class Vii and above to submit their bids for the Proposed Hydrogeological Survey, Drilling, and Construction of one Productive Borehole in Park Nyegoti, Serengeti District

4, Interested bidders should visit WWF Tanzania website https://tanzania.panda.org/news/ to obtain the full tender document. The payment of non-refundable fee of TZS 50,000/ for tender document shall be paid through:

5. All applicants should direct their soft copy bids attached with the scanned payment slip to the procurement e mail at procurement@wwftz.org Deadline for submission is 10am, Monday 07th June 2021. Thereafter tender opening will take place at 11am same day on WWF premises {see the address stipulated in #6. Below)

6. Only Form of Tender attached with a copy of payment slip should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked tender numbers and addressed to:

7. WWF TCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason thereof.

8. Late bids, bids not received, not opened and not read out in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstance.
